Age Requirements

• You must have explicit permission from the person whose photos you upload
• Generating AI headshots of someone without their consent is prohibited
• Using our service for impersonation or deception violates our terms

• Retention Limits: We retain uploaded photos only as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, and work to remove them in a timely manner
• Limited Sharing: We do not sell your photos. Photos may be processed by third-party AI service providers solely to generate your headshots, as described in our Privacy Policy

Responsible AI Use

Prohibited Uses

Do not use ProHeadshots to:

• Create deepfakes or misleading content
• Impersonate others without consent
• Generate content for fraudulent purposes
• Harass, stalk, or harm others
• Violate anyone's rights or privacy
• Circumvent security measures
• Create images for government-issued identification, legal identity documents, medical records, financial verification, or any regulated purpose requiring authentic photography

Disclosure & Attribution

Best Practice: When using AI-generated headshots professionally, consider disclosing that the image is AI-generated, especially in contexts where authenticity matters (e.g., dating profiles, legal documents, regulated contexts).

Content Moderation

We employ multiple safety measures:

• Automated content filtering during upload
• AI safety classifiers to detect inappropriate content
• Manual review of flagged content
• User reporting system for violations
