Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your ProHeadshots account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

  • Option 1: Go to your Account settings in the app and use the delete account option.
  • Option 2: Email support@proheadshots.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

What Happens When You Delete

  • Your account profile, projects, uploaded photos, and generated images will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
  • Permanent removal of personal data is typically completed within 30 days after the deletion request is processed.
  • You will lose access to all projects, headshots, downloads, credits, and account features.
  • Active subscriptions should be canceled before account deletion. Contact support if you need help.

What May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained after account deletion where required or permitted by law, including:

  • Transaction and billing records for accounting, tax, or legal compliance purposes
  • Records needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or prevent fraud
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you personally
