You may not upload or generate content that:

• Depicts minors: Photos of anyone under 18 are strictly prohibited
• Violates consent: You must have permission from the person in the photos
• Contains nudity or sexual content: Service is for professional headshots only
• Is violent or graphic: No violent, gory, or disturbing imagery
• Infringes rights: No copyrighted or trademarked content without permission
• Is intended for deception: No impersonation or creation of fake identities
• Is intended for regulated use: No use for government-issued identification, legal identity documents, medical records, financial verification, or any regulated purpose where authentic photography is required
• Violates laws: Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

Your Responsibilities

When using ProHeadshots, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the photos you upload or have explicit permission to use them
• The person in the photos has consented to having AI headshots generated
• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will use the generated headshots for legitimate purposes
• You will not use the service to create misleading or fraudulent content

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review uploaded photos and generated content
• Remove content that violates this policy
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Report illegal content to appropriate authorities

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Please note:

• AI-generated images are computer-generated and may contain artifacts or imperfections
• Results may vary based on input photo quality
• Generated images should be reviewed before professional use
• We do not guarantee perfect likeness or specific outcomes
• AI-generated headshots should not be represented as genuine photographs in contexts where authenticity is required

Consequences of Violations
